-        built multi-functional, push-button “patch bay” from existing electronic products with which to showcase all aspects of home theater (speakers, receivers, TVs, DVD/CD, satellite, and later iPod)

-        built and maintained 4-camera surveilence system, complete with stockroom monitor and video recorder

-        while a store manager, solved the delimma of motivating non-commissioned employees to drive sales with awards based on percentage of sales/conversions and rate of improvement, while also taking them out for steak following a 15% profit increase in total store sales and building from scratch a “wall of fame,” mural-sized, wood, wall canvas with gold  framing on which to mount store, manager and personal sales award plaques
