Blessed among those with what I call "flexible focus" (common in ADHD), I find I am able to truly optimize my time when I map out my important tasks in a systematic fashion.  I do this with the use of spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel. 

The systems presented here are organic and are in a state of continuing development, as I am always striving to stretch my retentive abilities.
